Whats the word on the Tortoise armor? Did that idea get scrapped? Anyone know anything? I would like to see some teaser pics if possible. |

The more times you click on your own post the more views it shows. And that doesn't mean 83 people have looked at it;) |

Got an estimate on how much just that belly skid will cost? And how soon I can order one? ...for those of us with HPD30s sitting in our driveways and a machine shop at our disposal. |

Understandable. I have RL's Step-skinks and they've paid for themselves 10,000 times over, imo. I'll probably just make my own armor after I go SFA, since I can get materials at my company's cost. But, if all that weren't available, or, as in the case of the belly skid (I don't know enough about suspension geometry to know where to locate the end-links for the arms, etc.) I'll gladly support Marty. Just because I know his work is top-notch. And he supports the underdogs (XJ, KJ, KK) of the Jeep world. |

Not untill I get one,and USAFCOP get's one also It ain't going to be cheap since it's 1/4" steel, estimated price somewhere in the $600-$800 range. It will also replace the OEM t-case/tranny crossmember and have a dropout intergrated t-case skid. |

Sounds about right. Just let us all know when it's ready for sale. Pretty sure I'll need one by then. |

Oh, one other thing, is it going to bolt in? I really don't relish the idea of welding the various layers of the subframe. |
