well i need to add about 1/2-1" of lift to the front. I already have CRD coils so I dont need any stiffer springs, and I can't do a clevis lift since the RC lift is a strut spacer. I have tried several time and cant get it done.

So how much lift would i get out of a upper strut plate?

Any other ideas?

where can i find extended front bumpstops?

2008 KK liberty clevis is 3/8" longer than KJ you would get about 3/4" maybe TOMMUDD would sell you the set he sounds like he won't be using.

For the ext. bumpstops try trailquest.com part number 001903200. These are the Teraflex extended bumps.

Well my issue with that is it is a pain to try and move the Clevis down enough to get it off, if i could I'd just add the Conduit nuts. with the springs fully extended I cant get it down enough before hitting the lower a-arm.

thanks for the Bump stop link!

Hey Tom, where do you get the KK forks from? How much? I thought they were 1" taller than the KJ, therefore giving you 2" lift??

top plate will get you 1/2 inch, plates are 1/4 inch thick. Yes with the lift you have I sure would not want to do a clevis on it! about the only choice you have is the top plate

Rusty's sells the plate and i believe they are around $30.00 or something. And yes they will give you about 1/2" of lift. Be prepared you may have to drill out the holes in the plates to make them fit the bolt pattern on the top strut plate.
Here is a link: http://rustysoffroad.com/mm5/merchant.m ... Code=COILS

OR you could make a set if you know someone with a hot wrench or way to cut out a set. I just happen to know someone who may have the plans

I just made my own, 1/4 inch thick and they fit better than what I have heard Rustys do
