hello.......

here is my sweet kj after release from hospital

I want to get a lift on kj since due to the weight of the ARB the front sags a little bit. Since I learned my lesson the hard way knowing that the cheap is not always good, I was wondering what the best (quality and price wise) lift out there is?
Please help me with your always helpful suggestions.....

Check out the Frankenlift (www.boulderbars.com). More pricey than most but a very good setup with high quality parts. Plus it uses heavy-duty springs in the front to help with your heavy ARB bumper.

frankenlift looks taller in pics, I have yet to see one in person, but also consider Rusty Coil Lift. It's very inexpensive and overall a good kit. (no ball joint issues, but squeky rear shocks)

ok.....question about Rusty's Coil Lift.....
squeaky rear shocks? Would the lift make the oem shocks squeak? or does the lift come with shocks that later on start squeaking? if so, can I find better quality shocks that wont squeak?

The kit is a full replacement, struts, shocks & springs. The rear shocks he uses do not fit exactly right so in some cases the bushings squeak, especially in cold weather.

You can use some rancho shocks in the rear to solve the problem and if you order from Rusty you could probably request those, but really it's not that big of deal.

ok thanks for clearing that issue out of the way....
my other question...the front end of my kj sags down about 1/2 inch lower than the back. If i get rusty's coil lift, would that fix my problem (equalize the height throughout) ?

I think the Frankenlift would be a better option if sagging is a concern for you. Typically the Frankenlift looks a little "nose up" to me so the added weight of the ARB might level it perfectly.

is there any way out there to just level it without lifting the whole thing? more likely jacking up the front instead of lowering the back

You can do a clevis lift to adjust the front up a little.
