Got my lift on today. Right now I have a used set of 235/85/16 retreads on there. I have my eye on the 265/75/16 KM2's but they are not being produced yet. once they are on the market they are going on. I already have my order placed at work. As for the install it was really simple. It took me right around 2hours from start to finish using basic hand tools and no air. I had to custom make brake line relocators becuase I bought the lift used from an 02. However the mod was simple, and I'll get pics in the daylight of it. For now here are some night time shots. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Skids are next on the list, but this wont be seeing much more offroad action as I am building a dedicated trail rig, but it will be going to Moab late 09 early 10, so I gotta get the skids on there. I will probably take it to "Skool" next spring. I will be nearly unstoppable with a lift. Only issues I've ever had was ground clearnace. I shoudl take it back to Mason Jar in Harlan again and see what happens this time, I cna probably do it now. |

yeah a lift helps a ton... another thing i would strongly suggest is an aussie locker.. best 320 (shipped) i've spent. it makes the difference from 2wd to 4wd... then when you put it in 4wd it's like from 4wd-unstoppable. i dont know how i wheeled without one for so long.. wait yeah i do because i waited on them to release them for 2 years ![]() |

265/75/16's are not on the market yet via the bf goodrich rep I called yesterday. Other sizes are out there though. I am putting ARB's in if it gets any lockers, I want to keep the use the ESP. It kicks butt on snowy roads. |

I'll be calling BFG tommorrow and ordering a set. Front went faster than the rear did for me, 2 bolts other than the clevis/strut bolts and it'll come right out and go right back in. I had to fight the rear to pop the coil in without compressing it. I ended up havign to completely remove the sway bar to get enough movment in the rear axle. |

Check Discount Tire on ebay, they had a great deal running with MS Live cash back (think it was 20% off). Not sure if it is still running or not. |

You did what to get the rear springs in? man you went to alot of work for nothing, I can do both rear in 15/20 minutes and never remove the sway bar at all, stock jack in between the frame and rotor, few cranks of the jack pop out the old new one in ![]() |

it took all of 5 minutes to remove the 4 bolts that held it, wasnt a big deal. Working with no heat and no air tools outside was the killer. I get 20% below cost on bf g's at work. I will order me a set tommorrow. |

Also something I did notice is my speedo is almost dead on now. It has always been 5mph faster than I was actualy going. Meaning at 55mph I was actualy running 50mph. both my GPS and the "speed readers" they have at some constructions sites along the highways have proved this. Along witht he 75mph in a 55 I got, when I had my cruise set at 80mph. I did the 60mph, 1 mile, 1 minute thing today. at 60mph with cruise set, I made it from mile marker to mile marker within 1 second of a minute. |

No I didnt, the front already sits higher than the rear, and is nearly maxed out as far as upper control arm and coil clearance. I actualy hope it settles a bit so I dotn ahve to add a spacer to the rear aswell. |

Mine's been on four months and no settling yet...looks like a desert racer with the front being raked higer than the rear...I still love it. |
