I added a set of
these to the factory bumper, drilled and mounted right in front on each side. That price shown is for a kit, two lamps and all wiring. I just trigger the relay with the high beam wire. Output is extremely good at 55w and is even better than a pair of 130w KC's I have on a truck.
The FF1000's are a discontinued line but some are still around. The replacement is the new
FF700 which I am going to replace my 130w KC's with. That lamp kit can be found for even less than the FF1000's. I don't think the holes in your grill will allow for a large enough lamp that will give good performance.
The HID drop in kit is a bad idea in Halogen Housings for light performance. Lots of good reading about that
here.
For a little better low beam just drop in a pair of Sylvania 9007SU bulbs. Those with the added high beam supplement I find very good and I am picky when it comes to lighting, been going through all kinds on my Dodge truck since 05.
