ok, so lately when I'm driving my jeep in 2WD, it makes a noise like a tin can is grinding in between my wheels...i think its from putting it in 4WD one day and it was kinda dry out, idk, if anyone knows whats going on, thats the only good way to explain this problem

I had a noise I described as bolts rattling around in a coffe can. It turned out to be the tools that installed my new front diff forgot to tighten the front bracket.

Sounds like a Front Driveshaft to me. Go out and see if your CV joints are tight, and check for any rips in the CV boots, particularly the rear one (t-case end)

I had a similar sound only when in 2 wheel drive and found the splines on the right front axle were gone. when in 2 wheel drive, without locking hubs our frront axles are trying to turn driveshaft and part of the transfer case.
