So...made a simple run to the hardware store. When I got back into my KJ after shopping, the interior lights would not go off. Both the map lights in the front and the light in the cargo area refuse to go off.

I've locked and unlocked the doors. I've opened and shut every door.

I know....they'll only be on for a little while....once the battery runs down

on your light switch twist it back like you are going to dim the dash/radio lights, there is one spot to turn your interior lights on and off, maybe twisted it too far by accident and they are staying on, at least thats what I most often see people doing ( I have done it as well)

Interior lights will go off after 8mins no matter what you have done. Same with the head lights, park lights, fog lights, etc.

If you do what tommudd said to do and they still wont go off then you either have a bad multi-function switch, a bad BCM, or a short somewhere screwing with it.

Ok...that's what I get for living so close to everything. Never takes longer than 5 minutes to go anywhere.

Yes, they went off.....and it wasn't because the battery was dead :D
