hit a trail tonight and when I engaged 4lo when I started moving forward we heard a loud noise come from the front of the drivetrain. The same also happens in reverse. It's happened a few times in the past, but i barely ever go into 4lo so i never minded it before, it doesnt happen in 4hi or part time, also i haven't changed the oil in the front diff or t-case and my kj's at 30k. |

Probably not engaged in 4low good. Pull back on the handle nice and hard while its in N. While still holding back on the handle, put it in D or R. It also helps if youre rolling 2-3mph. If it doesnt pop eight in then you may have something wrong. |
