Where do I need to drill my hole so the grease fitting will clear?

You need to gently flex the front end so to make the grease zerks touch them to find the exact spot. That's how I did mine.

I marked them while I was installing my new A-arms so it was pretty easy to find the contact area. I used a dremel with the stone grinder to "melt" the hole. Wear gloves because when it melts it falls onto your hands.

Also, they popped in really easy with just a little bit of vaseline on the bump.

I see you have the Jeep by Al's A-arms, I took a hacksaw and cut off that extra bump on the bump stop's contact surface. That extra bump fits into the stock A-arms groove, but not that well into Al's A-arms.

I put the bump stops in, didn't put as radical a cut in them though, I like the photo, I cut the smaller 3/8" off they were too long for my application.

stupid question, but where did you all get the teraflex bumpstops? I had the daystar ones and never got around to installing them. Sold them and the lift when I upgraded to the Franky.

thanks mike
