Got a gash in my muffler so it's time for a replacement. Thinking about grabbing a Super 44 Flowmaster

Is anyone using this muffler?, If so which part# did you use?, I know I need 2.5" inlet 2.5 outlet, but which offset?

If anyone has a throaty muffler that can take a beating other than the Super 44 I would certainly be interested in hearing about it as well.

I have the Super 44 off road and love it. Don't know the part # but it is 2.5" in and out. Center in and I think the out offset doesn't really matter as long as it isn't center because the muffler can be flipped top to bottom

Flowmaster Super 40..Sounds great. Resonance chart shows about equel..would like to hear side by side comparison

What's the stock exhaust diameter? Is it 2.5" in and out? Or is that aftermarket stuff?

Nope that is the stock exhaust size.

there is a choke point in the stock exhaust, i don't remember if it's before or after the cat

Thanks for all the feedback guys, sounds like nobody has anything bad to say about it so I am going ahead with the purchase.

If anyone did the install themselves, did you run into any bumps along the way?, anything I should watch for? any tricks?
