My one dog has a nasty habit of stepping on the power window switches which as you all know they are located in the center console (thanks Chrysler). The last time he did that he almost strangled my other dog who had his head out the window.

This brings me to the question. Are there any aftermarket/new Chrysler design switches that force you to pull up to close the window (aka safety switch) that will fit in the Liberty?


The lockout button is useless because its a push button (on and off) and its located in the center console as well

You can add whatever switch you want but you'll need to take care of the mounting yourself. A switch is a switch and as long as the switch in question electrically works like the original, no problem.

You can even get those SPAL switches that are in pods for universal mounting and move everything to the doors. The switched in the console will still be there but they will be disconnected.
