SUSPENSION TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2006 JEEP LIBERTY KJ.
(The following information is out of the official Daimler-Chrysler Corp. Jeep service manual, volume 1)

WARNING:
Suspension components with rubber bushings must be tightened with the vehicle at normal ride height. It is important to have the springs supporting the weight of the vehicle when the fasteners are torqued.
