I know there is a tech article regarding breathers, however I have a question of confussion. I did the front and rear, no problem, I did a line that runs up to the trans dip stick, but not really sure which one it is. I have an 02 Renegade. The line I replaced sits on the very top of what I think is the T-case. The only one left that I have is what I think is the transmission line or it could be vise versa. Like I said, its at the it was at the top and ran along that trans to the dipstick. So, I need to do which ever one I didnt do, I just need to know which one and where.

Don't know if we have the same tranny but that's the only one I couldn't find.
Gave it my best and finally threw in the towel.
Kinda forgot about it,thanks for the reminder.

Looks like something asking to get snagged by a branch or underbrush...or pulled off by the force of moving water.

Hummmm, this is true. I was more thinking of adding them to the ends of the current breather lines rather than right at the base... Probably not worth the price though, thank you for the heads up!

Ok, an update for the infamous "hard to figure out" transmission breather. I finally replaced mine, not easy but can be done. It sits ontop of the bell house of the trans on the drivers side. The breather on there now, is 4 inches with a breather vent valve. First take a flash light, find it at the top of the bell housing, you have to remove the front drive shaft to access it and then you can install a line and run it up to the engine bay. You will need a hand tighten clamp you can buy at Autozone, because a standard clamp will be impossible to screw on tight and then just bolt your shaft back on.
