I may be hitting some mud pits soon.. is it best to air down for this type of situation? And how low could I go on Bridgestone Dueler MTs?

Keep them inflated. You want as much clearance as possible for mud. With rocks, you can slide over em...mud will stop you dead if you high-center it.

I would agree with that. My advice, if you are in an auto stay in 4-lo, if you are in a manual stay in 3 in 4-lo (you should be able to start there).

I went in a mud bog and got last because my jeep was just like a plow out in the mud.
