In short yes. I believe that the engine skid requires some drilling but the rest should be the same. |

The 42RLE and manual transmissions have the same rear crossmember bolt pattern (I've been told). The early gassers and CRDs with the 545RFE have a slightly different bolt pattern for the rear mounting of the transmission skid. The little "helper" mounting tabs on the early/CRD trans skids also might not quite fit most of the gassers but it can be pounded down if that's the one you end up with. The former owner of mine did (and I pounded them back straight when I got it). The front skid has varied in build thickness but should mount the same on all years. The fuel tank skid's the same. The t-case skid should also mount the same on all years. Dan |
