I was wondering if this combo will work. I want more height!!!!

Gasser Franky Parts w/ OME 790 springs
1/4 or 3/8 top plate

What range will my front be with the ARB and winch??? I'm at 21 and would like at least another inch to inch and a half. What combo will give me the largest amount of lift without shaving the CV's??

Thanks!

here's my gasser frankie with OME790's. i changed the springs after putting on the arb/winch. I was the first one to do it and everyone told me i'd die if i tried to put 790's in with my franky (seriously they did). and it has worked great for me for the past 20k miles... and i wheel the snot out of it. The rear is just the rear frankenlift with one extra upper iso. If i want higher i can add another upper rear iso. If i want higher in the front i can still do 1-2 or 3 conduit nut clevis lift. if i added 2 or 3 clevis lift my CV's would be absolutely maxed. right now the CV's are boarderline but on the happy side of boarder line. clevis lift would put them on the sad side of boarderline

so i'd suggest just keeping your gasser frankenlift just swap the springs to 790's and see how you like it. can always add the clevis if you want more but i bet you'll be happy. My jeep nose dived when hitting the brakes and i could feel it sway around corners more after adding the bumper/winch... putting on the 790's put it right back to how the frankenlift handled with stock bumper! couldnt be happier.

790s, 1/4 inch top plate and gassrer Franky parts will get you in at 23 or so, at least three in Ohio have that set up ( or did)
with an ARB/winch its going to be a rough ride so anyone reading and thinking they can do it with out......

All depends mine start complaining at 23.50-23.75, but for my 2 cents don't think it worth the time or money to shave the CV's you're not going to gain anything really. Why go to the expense when basically a 32 inch tire is the most you can run/gearing is 4.10s etc etc etc . To gain maybe a 1/2 inch in height is nothing to the expense

unless you change to the JBA steel front diff.. and get his rear control arms/drop bracket/brake lines... then you can re-gear to more then 4.10's and run 33's or 34's with the proper trimming :)

actually i think a frankenlift with 2 extra iso's in the rear... and a 1/4 top plate or clevis lift in the front would be enough to run 33's if you weren't shy about cutting. and my 6 speed with 4.10's could handle 33's. hummmm. but i dont want to deal with the shaved CV's.
