Post subject:  Question re Lift

New member; new Jeep owner.

If I were to put a front plate and rear isolators on a stock, unlifted vehicle, would I need new shocks and alignment? Also, if I am still running the 225/75R16 tires, could I put wheel spacers on without the tire hitting?

Thanks!
Alex

depends on how many miles you have on it,more then 30k and your about due for new shocks all around.Yes a alignment will be needed, and no you will most likely get rubbing until you get to over 1.5" of lift.

it only has 19,000 miles on it and it doesn't seem to be sagging but i real don't know how to tell. also how much lift can you get off just the top plate and rear isos, and how high can you go before you need new shocks.
