Well, the holidays came a bit early this year. Here it is, the first lost Khaki ARB:

And here's the KJ weighing in. On a scale that measures in 20 lb increments:
BEFORE: 4580 (no passengers, about 1/2 tank of gas)
AFTER: 4680 (no passengers, about 1/2 tank of gas, no winch)

More pics taken during the install can be found here.

That's part of the ARB mounting hardware. It's directly at the frame mounting point.

I can't wait to get the pics tomorrow with those shackles on. Hopefully they won't rattle too much.

DUDE!! That looks awesome.. I love it.. Did it weigh the front down much? I am asking these questions because my wife promised me I can get one next year for Christmas.. This year was getting the Libby itself... :D

get a lift so you have the HD springs too. If you don't need a winch, that will really save a lot of weight. This setup weighs about 100 lbs. It was 130 lbs shipped according to the freight info.

The vid is 178M. It takes time. You're probably better off just right clicking on my link and saving it to your desktop. Then when it's done, watch it. It's worth the wait (or so I'm told). 8)

Those are some heavy weights. Mine weighted in at only about 4250 w/ all the skids, bars, and tires with also about 1/2 tank of gas. No passenger/driver either. When it was bone stock it weight about 4050 under the same conditions, which is just about what DC publishes for the crub weight.

The bumper looks sweet though. I've been thinking about getting one.

Yes, it's heavy! I do carry some tools, (socket set, hammer, torque wrench, etc), a hi-lift, and enough gadgets (like tarps, rain ponchos, fix-a-flat, real tire patch kit, flares, etc) to add a few pounds. I was amazed the first time I was on a scale and it was over 500lbs worth of nothing!

I have all skids, diff guard, trailer hitch, etc etc. It ads up.

As to the video, yes, I made it myself. My first big production. Glad you liked it; it was a real labor of love! (the operative word being LABOR).

Village Auto Body in Greenlawn, NY did the work. They always do top quality work. Unfortunately, I'm a very good customer!

(did i reply to everyone?)

Oh yea, and I carry a LOT of extra plastic rivets and rivet-gun.

Where did you go to get the paint matched? I have been wondering where I will go once I get mine. I am hoping to get mine by the summer sometime. Thanks.
