I've noticed them around the central Texas area for $200 to $400 for wheels with very used tires. When they were in high demand back when the TJ Rubicon was in production I sold two sets for $1,300. I bought my set from All J for $450. I would have held out for a local set but I was ready for tires and didn't want to remount them when I finally found a set of Moabs.

I know this is an unholy act digging this up but how do you designate the Moab are they on all Rubi’s or were they just on certain ones?

You want the Moabs that came factory on the Wrangler TJ. 2006 was the last year they made the TJ.

How do you tell if they’re Moab’s? I found some that are off an 05 rubicon they are 16s and they look like what I’ve seen online but are there markings?

They are the only 16 x 8 factory wheel for the TJ Rubicon. Other than looks and size, I don't know of any other markings. Once you've seen Moabs, they are pretty easy to identify.

And someone once posted a link of an online business that had new moabs (aftermarket) in 3 or so colors (stock, grey, black). The price was good. I'm looking for them again

Yeah, I haven't heard anything bad or good about them. Would definitely be worth searching the web and asking with a new thread on here to see how the coating is holding up and any defects. I'm holding on to my 2 sets (10) of the real deal for insurance. I was tempted to get some black or grey ones, but then i ended up with a second set of OEM's
