Well, since it is so common, I figured I would see what i can do to come up with something a little less expensive. So here is what I have. ABS rear Spring Spacer to use instead of extra isos for leveling when you lift. Most people add 2 isos per side (1" additional lift) in addition to OME 948 springs. I made these for mine. Work great. I have had them on there for over a year and they are holding up just fine. I can make these in any height you need. 1" to 1.5" would be about $45 shipped. Is that a better price than 4 isos? Think there might be any interest for these?

Here is a pic of mine installed. They will ship in White ABS, but you can paint them any color you like. I painted mine flat black.

Here are pics of the CAD model of just the spacer.

Real slick, I like. Is that the same material you make the adapters out of? Which by the way is holding up fine and works perfect.

I would be down to buy a set! I was thinking about doing this but with a daystar spacer and just cutting it in half and only have 1.75" spacer instead of a 2.5" spacer. But this will be more cheap

Very interesting. I was thinking of adding slightly more lift to my Franky to fit some 265's under the Jeep. I'm thinking if I take the extra set of iso's out of the rear and replace with a 1" set of these that the rear will be where I want it.

I pulled the lower iso out of mine and put my ruff country lift springs on top of the rusty's 2.5 block that I had and it works... little high... but it works I think 1.75 or 2 would be perfection.

I have a 4wd hardware/BDS lift oredered, Im waiting for it to come in, I have 2 rancho front shocks, a 3/8 spacer from boiler and the spacers from long_tall_texan, The lift is sceduled to be here the first of Oct. (according to cust service @ 4wd.com), Im very anxious, believe me. The spacers seem to be very well manufactured, and for $45 shipped, is an awesome deal IMO. I'll post some installed pics once I get them installed with the rest of the lift. :D

I'm curious, usually I see guys recommend using hockey pucks as bump stops for the rear and they bolt them to the pad that your spacer sits on. What are you doing for extended bump stops since your spacer is hollow? I'm going to be lifting here in a few weeks and I'm wondering about getting some extra isos or this spacer that you've created.

could still use pucks, looks to be plenty of room inside the spacer for pucks

we should get a lift put together with boiler and long tall and just call it "LIFT of the LOST"

still would need springs etc.
they just have things you add to a lift, not a lift

I suppose I could print some springs out of ABS too. But I am not going to be the guinea pig for those. :ROTFL:

I'm also wondering, will this fit over hockey pucks?

Yes, Hockey pucks will fit inside these. Hockey puck OD is 3.00". Smallest ID on these spacers is 3.905".
