So I finally got all the parts in to replace my horrible Rusty's lift and will be working on it this week sometime. Here's what I got: OME 927's OME NS131 Boiler's Shims Teraflex Extended Bumpstops Conduit Nuts I've been reading all the how to's on installing the lift but I was just wondering how you go about removing the stock front bumpstops and putting the Teraflex ones in? It might by super simple but I'm sure you guys have some good advice and tricks to making it easy. Thanks for the help in advanced! Also any other final tricks for installing the lift? |

I took pliers and a screw driver and pulled/ pried the old ones out. New ones lube them up some and start the back side in, take a 2X4 or some have used a shovel and push it up in. Pretty simple although I have had a couple of them fight me some |

Out is easy. In can be a bugger...... I used a 4x4 against the tire to push them into place after greasing them up. |

I just pushed mine in.. I'm really not that strong, lol. (Actually I've installed them twice, {to cut a notch in them the second time}) |

Try spray silicon. Same stuff you use to keep the extra upper rear isolators from squeaking. Helps preserve the rubber and makes it easier to insert in the slot. |

I was able to get my old ones out, & the new ones in by hand (bit of dish soap), but on my wife's I had to use the shovel technique to get them in. |
