Might be a stupid question, but if we don't ask we don't learn. While doing my WesWay lift today we ran across a problem bolt (the piece of metal that is supposed to catch and allow the nut to come loose broke and we got close to rounding off the bolt trying to get it removed) on the driver side. It was the bolt that holds the lower control arm to the bottom of the clevis. We got it back in but I still want to replace it. My question is should I get it aligned now or replace that bolt then get it aligned?

shouldn't take but about 5 minutes to R&R the bolt unless you're planning to order a replacement OEM bolt then you might be waiting awhile

They can still align it with no problems, you can then replace it anytime.
Like jarhead said 5 minute job
It one item that you have to watch for on every lift, have seen two or three even one of mine I had to replace for the same reason not a big deal
