We have received your email of February 12, 2006, regarding your 2003 Jeep Liberty. We must respectfully advise that, as the manufacturer, DaimlerChrysler's authority lies with warranty concerns. Any technical information from DaimlerChrysler Canada is distributed to our dealer network. Further, we must stress that dealers who sell and service DaimlerChrysler products are independent business enterprises. As such, the administration of dealership procedures and practices is controlled by the dealership management and they establish their own prices for the parts and services they provide. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to review this matter with you. Comments: --------- Could you describe the processes involved in a "tune-up" on a 6 cylinder Jeep Liberty. I can't find a consensus about what is involved and what it should cost. Thanks Why do they make it sound so complex? Why cant they just say "we dont know?" |
