Put this in the ebay section, watch CV Restoration auction amongst others for the odd Jeep deal. Posted $84 new passenger's but noticed a sale on driver's on an auction for under $74...

He sells a lot of remanned units too but most KJ auctions up right now are new parts.

Would really like to know if he remans them or if they are the cheap knockoffs from China which do not work.
But NAPA's remanned are still cheaper anyways

For those of you who have had this CV/intermediate shaft failure, what did the vibration feel like? Steady growl? Grinding?

I have a thumpa thumpa thing going on above a certain speed that almost feels like a flat spot in a tire that I’m trying to diagnose.

Never mind. Got under there and poked around. There’s a ton of play on the right side. So either intermediate shaft or axle or both. Feels like driving across road cracks at certain speeds, not a sound but a thump you feel.

ALWAYS replace both
