Part 1
I just hung up with ARB USA. They claim the next run of KJ bumpers start's production early March for an early April delivery. ARB USA only has 4 bumpers on order that are sold and will be receiving 1 YES 1 extra for stock. I guess anyone who want's one better order soon or wait a few month's more for delivery.

Part 2
I installed a Frankenlift about 2000mi hard miles ago. The KJ with a Frankenlift can jump decent with the right landing :D I'm sitting at 23.5" and 23" in the front. The lower control arms are contacting the lower coil spacer (where they are designed to limit up travel) while sitting in the driveway. One UCA contacts the coil right about the same time. If I jack the front up they have virtually no pre-load at all. This is very noticeable at speeds on bumpy highways. I have JBA's on order and should get them soon. Going into corners I still get some settling pops (I think) and will re-torque everything in the front again. Does anyone know how much weight might be required to lower the front about 1" with heavy duty coils? I just looked at it and haven't yet figured out where or how to add some weight. I also feel it would be my fault if I ruined a set of CV's waiting on a bumper for another 2000mi. ANY Idea's
The only easy option I have noticed was to utilize the tow hook mounting nut's to mount a steel plate with lead ballast. :JEEPIN:

I ordered mine in September and received it early November. I imagine the market is getting smaller as Liberty models are out of production.

I guess I'm a bit crazy thinking that with at least 100's of dealers in the america's, The one distributer for a mid size company might stock at least 2 bumpers for the KJ when they have four on order all the time. That product probably 90% R&D and 10% build. They did do a good job on the bumper from what I can see in a photo. What happen to all the fab guy's? I guess they are now triple master's over educated and unemployed sitting on colledge loans and upside down on the house. oh sorry. The BLUE COLLAR continues to die and we pay for it. :ROTFL:

I guess it could be the end of the last run  but ARB USA told me today they had four on order and that the next PRODUCTION when ordered today would be early March for an early April delivery.

I tried to order mine a few weeks ago from All J Products, but was told that they wouldn't be in from ARB for about 5 weeks... Much to my surprise/delight, I was informed only a few days later that there was on available! ... Picking it up from getting Powder-Coated tomorrow.

To my knowledge, they're all drop shipped directly from ARB in Washington ... I highly recommend All J Products; Heather is certainly the best customer service rep. I've ever had to deal with and if there's an ARB to be had, she'd be able to get it for you I'd say.

I was sitting right where you are when I installed mine. (I'm not sure where I am now, I haven't measured recently) I've had my Frankenlift with OME927 H/D Front Springs for about 12k miles.
I don't have a heavy duty front bumper or winch, just the stock plastic shell.
I've had to replace my passenger side CV, but that was because the boot ripped.. And I didn't notice it in time. I'm going to assume it was not because I was too high.
-Lift Installed
--58,250 - 5/15/10
-Passenger CV Joint Replaced
-- 65,755 - 11/7/10

I think you should be ok. I've pushed my truck pretty hard. And I've been fine.

Good Luck! 8)

The boot stress cv angle stress and suspension being topped out on one side is why I'm adding weight to the front. It's just an insurance policy that may or may not pay out but it's a lot less expensive and a lot less of a PITA. I would have to add $300.00 freight to the shipment if I blew one.

Yeah, shipping to Panama is probably not cheap, I replaced the CV myself with a re-manufactured NAPA CV for about 70$ here in the States, I also replaced it myself in a couple hours.

When I first put the lift in I was thinking the same thing, maybe hanging some free weights from the hooks, lol.

Also, I have JBA Upper A-Arms, so maybe that makes a difference?
