Hey guys! Finally going to get these KJ sliders built and into production. We have an '05 libby, but we are going to need an '02-04 version as well. Anyone near Kalamazoo Michigan that can drop their Jeep off for a couple of days? Whatever we prototype on your Jeep will stay on your Jeep in trade for your time and use of your vehicle.

Shoot me and email, info@jcroffroad.com if you can help us out!

Just wanted to stop and say that you guys make what looks to be quality stuff! And if your prices stay consistent with those of the xj's you'll be loved on here! Any thoughts about bumpers?

Just to answers some questions:

Pricing: They will probably be more in line with the pricing you see on the Grand Cherokee Sliders. From our general measurements, they appear to be about the same amount of steel.

Bumpers: We probably won't attack these just yet. Our goal is to get these sliders available and see how the sell. If they move good, we will probably consider making more KJ parts in the future.

I took my jeep up to JcrOffroad, in order for them to guinea pig my '04 this morning. They emailed me about 2 1/2 hours ago............it's done! I've got to pick up Libby tomorrow, and I'll try to post some pics of the sliders, unless JCRoffroad beats me to it. Can't wait to see how they look. BTW, the Brian took me on a quick tour of their operation - it's pretty slick. 8)

These represent our Stage 3 sliders. We will have more information and all three Stages online and ready for orders starting Monday! They are also production ready, all the jigs are done and we are ready to rock. The sliders are held on using 13 bolts on each side (5 through the pinch seam, 8 through the main uniframe)

You can use Stim15 until tomorrow for 15% off or IntroKJ for 10% off. That coupon code will be active for at least all of next week.

Having seen the RL & All J's counterparts up close, I don't see how these
could be any more or less sturdy than they are.

RL uses a "V" pattern for the unibody supports, and All J's uses three straight
supports instead of two. :2cents:

Besides, they did say "Lifetime Replacement Warranty". 8)

I may just go this route when finances permit for two reasons:

1) At a savings of $50, any minor design difference is inconsequential.
2) They're allot closer to me than RL or All J's, which means shipping should be less. An additional savings.

Come to think of it, Kalamazoo is only 4 hours from here. I may just arrange to pick them up
when I'm in the neighborhood. :JEEPIN:

Yes had Boulder bars on first sold them, now RLs and would never have anything else.
Mine just look much stronger, lifetime warranty means nothing to me.
Just like a good solid looking rock rail
but to each his own

I don't think Rock Lizards would be fare to compare to any one else's because they are tops. Rock Lizard puts out an outstanding product for sure. I am only thinking of these because they would be cheaper for me to buy than make consider my time invested in making them, I could go pick them up, great looking welds, lifetime warranty (I know means squat IF they go out of business) plus not only that I could weld on my own cross bracing and or gussets as soon as big Dad buys me that welder for his new garage and needy son
