Folks, I have done a search and read through previous posts about Marlin's rear control arm Link Extension. Here's my problem: my KJ CRD rear upper control arm bushes are gone and need to be replaced. I run a 3" lift (Aussie products - King Springs and OME shocks). In the process of pulling it out and replacing the bushes, I am considering getting one of the JBA Link Extensions (the smallest is 4" isn't it). The question is - is the JBA Link Extension a quality product that is going to last or will it create problems? I'd like to be able to level my upper rear control arm back to stock alignment so that I can preserve the new bushes, will a 4" Link Extension be too much? Will I get body impact in heavy compression? Is it better to buy the 6" Link Extension and cut it down and drill it for a 3" solution (the reason for moding a 6" is that there is more material there for the redrilling and hole margins than there would be in moding a 4"). Opinions? Comments?
