Does anybody know anything recent on the Superlift 4" kit for our KJs? Or any 4-6" kit coming out for our KJs?

How did they end up doing that on the grands? Did they make a cradle drop?

last time I talked to superlift, they said don't expect anything untill next summer. According to the rep-it will most likely be late summer.

Well that sucks. I'm really starting to be ready for a 4" lift now. I want to run 33s on here to keep up with my buddies. :(

Our KJ's were outperforming some XJ's with 33-35" tires last weekend. It is all about the driver and knowing how to take a line.

That's true in the rocks. But here in KY we have muddy trails. And in the mud it's all about tire size. :( Oh well...guess I'll just have to lock the rear end and try to keep up until Superlift gets around to building a bigger kit for us.

Yeah, after the Wranglers on 35-37's get done rutting out a trail you've got to start looking for by-passes in order not to get hi-centered.
I hate when that happens!

i am no longer allowed at Rosedale Mall for careless parking. Malls actually have a fair amount of neat terrain...snowbanks that are 15 feet tall (how I got caught). curbs make for nice rock substitutes. And let us not forget steps and retaining walls!!!!

Nothing feels better then having to answer the question "Sir, how did you get your vehicle up there?" from a mall sercurity gaurd in a CRV...

That's not funny. I actually tried to do this once. (Accidentally of course). Wife hasn't let me live it down since...

I called SuperLift, agian, today. Every time I call about the 4" lift is only 2 months away. The last update I got was they were going to have it ready by the end of Feb. 06. Hence why I called. Here is the excuse they gave me this time:

They claim Jeep has had their one and only Liberty on tour. They also claim they have only had it for a month and have been busy getting ready for Moab. Apparently, Jeep is taking the Liberator to Moab.

When I asked when he thought the lift would be ready for retail his response was, 'Not before Moab'. I pressed further and he said he had a feeling it would be before the end of the year. -- yea right!

If you want a 4" lift I think it would be faster if you just engineered it! It will be a cold day in **** before Superlift makes it a priority.

I can't believe there is actually someone that still thinks this will ever happen. SL has lied to us for years about this lift. When talk of this lift first started many people had good things to say about SL but I have lost all respect for them as company. If you're going to do it then do it. If not, shut up.

Add this to the list with bumpers and Discos. At least some people have shown us the respect of being honest about the prospects.

well I think it will happen by the end of this year...

The oldest KJs are 4 years old (mine is close to 5, if we go by build date). 4-5 years is probably a good average of long our loans are...so many Jeep Liberties are starting to be payment free. No payment=more money for parts...more money=more demand=more parts available...

Look at the XJ...did they have a 4 inch lift right away? I doubt it. They also had less things to overcome when designing their lifts (CV's, diffs, control arms).

I will put money on the fact that the new SFA kits come out before the Superlift...Mostly because Clint mentioned something about MOAB...
