Just install a new catback system and no matter how I twist or turn what slack I have in the system(not much) I can't keep the tip from touching the rear bumper. I am concerned I am going to have some melting plastic like this. Anybody else have 1 of these setups and did you have the same issue? I am thinking I am going to have to take the dremel the bumper to try and make some clearance but I hate this idea. Let me know what you guys think asap as it's sitting cold in the driveway until I decide what to do.

Thanks in advance,

Jason

AFAIK Magnaflow uses rolled tips on all their exhaust kits. You shouldn't have a problem with it melting the bumper skin. I had a magnaflow kit on my focus back in the day and it touched the bumper skin but never caused any damage. YMMV
