I got around to install my lift kit and new wheels and I think the lift came out higher than I expected. I wanted enough just to be able to tuck the 31 MT but to me it looks like I have too much wheel well gap. I hope it settles over time but if not I might take out the clevis lift/top plate and the rear isolators in the rear. Looking to do the roof rack this weekend. Here is the before and after pics let me know what you think.

Parts list:
OME 927/948
Bilstein shocks all around
3 conduits clevis lift per side up front
1/4 top plate
2 extra isolators per side in the rear
hockey puck bump stops for the rear
Tera flex bump stops up front - still working on getting them installed
15" Cragar soft 8
31 Mickey Thompson MTZ

It will definitly settle. I think it looks great! I wish I did everything at once like that. I was too worried I wouldn't like how high it was but now im tearing mine back down to add the clevis lift, strut plate, and rear isos. Not sure if my jeep is different from most but with just the OME springs/ Bilsteins my front is a over a 1/4" higher than the rear. I may leave the 1/4 strut plate off the front to get it more level or slightly higher in the rear.

IF.....you add the 1/4 inch top plate and 3/8 inch clevis plus two extra rear upper iso's it will be level

yeah Tom, I know that is generally the case but i think from driving so much with the back packed with heavy stuff my rear may have sagged a little :(

That's what I tell the wife :ROTFL: :ROTFL: :ROTFL:

I like the stance, let it settle then see where you are, but then you have some room to drop it too a little with isolators and spacers.

Try hauling about 40-50 lb of tools/Kilby gas tank skid/RL rear bumper with carriers/ CO2 tank and all the other stuff I do all the time :ROTFL:
At least the rear is heavy enough it will never go airborne :-)r

Doing the same exact thing!

OME 927/948 - $320
Bilstein shocks all around - $300
3 conduits clevis lift per side up front - $8
1/4 top plate - $40
2 extra isolators per side in the rear - $45
hockey puck bump stops for the rear - $10
Tera flex bump stops up front - still working on getting them installed - $48

my question is where did you get the 1/4 top plate?

Also what size conduit spacers did you use?

wow after getting the 4 rear upper iso's in the mail i think i am going to need the jba 1/4 top plate as well. i dont think all the junk in my truck caused it to sag that bad. the rear is 1/4" lower than the front now. what do you think Tom. I would like to be totally level but if i had to chose a slightly higher rear what id go with
