Can't beat a flow master for sound, getting one put on this Friday. Have had the super 44 put on my last three jeeps and my truck and couldn't be happier with sound, performance is not very noticeable, but you do gain some hp, 2-3 I would imagine. I would think the only way to gain significant hp would be to get high flow cats, exhaust manifold, and upgrade all te way down, but it will never be worth it

so if i just hook up the super 44 to my pipes and use the extension to the stock dump, thats my best bet? and thank you for the help it will save me a lot of money. Whats a good website to order it from i saw it for a solid price on autoanything.com. what kind of in/out do i need 2.5 inch with center to offset? And also are throttle body spacers worth it on a 2005 Liberty Sport?

IMO, magnaflow sounds better. Less drone going down the road.

im thinking about doing the K&N intake system, possibly airrade throttle body spacer, and hooking up the super 44 muffler. What does magnaflow make for the 05 Lib Budke?

Not a clue, don't own a kj anymore. Just find out what the outlets are on the stock muffler and find a magnaflow to match. As far as K&N filters go, just stick with the old fashioned paper filter. I find they work better and are much cheaper. And TB spacers do nothing worth the money. I have one on my tj that was on it when I bought it. I took it off and all I noticed was a slight decrease in throttle response. But I'm not too sure if they make a difference in the 3.7 though.
But there was this one guy on here that made a CAI for the kj that put a scoop right in the grill. I put one on my KJ and it made a world of difference. Try PMing LongTallTexan I believe his name was. He was the guy who made them.

Save your money K&N one of the worst thing you can add
air rade may give you a little bit but unless you have the computer reflashed not worth it really

so the k and n wont even help much? and where can you find the magna flow for an 05 lib, im guessin its about the same set up as a super 44? and throttle body will only give me a little power possibly?

The intake, exhaust, and TB will never net you much on OE programming. To see any real power increase send your PCM off the B&G performance.

Just got my flowmaster super 44 put on today, and although it is a lot quieter than I want, I am still happy with it.
