So I happened to see this amazing flex on a ifs liberty on google pics. Needless to say I tracked him here but saw his last post was in 09 so just curious.

I was there for it. Too high of lift + trying too much doo doo = broken trilink, drive shaft, knocked out spring, and stranded.

Trying to lift a KJ for 50 cents instead of doing it right
not amazing at all IMO

Regardless of poor put togetherness. It was still a great looking kj.

i know his lift wasn't exactly the best haha... but i REALLY wish someone would figure out how to make a IFS KJ flex as well as his did. It for some reason had a crazy amount of flex. (look at pictures in link below)

Is that the reason it failed?

For the front breakages, yes.Stock CV's do not like operating at there outer most operating angles for very long. Now custom made CV's designed for extreme angles work very well and last, like ones made by RCV but you will pay about $2000 for a set.

At that amount you might as well go sfa. It's not something I personally would do, but I would like to see an sfa KK
