Hey yall,

I just got new front upper control arms cause my upper ball joints were bad, and I've no clue how to install them. I put new struts in a while back, but had to work during the time that me and my buddy were doing most of the work so I didnt get to be there for some of the stuff. Does anybody know of any good video tutorials, or can just give me a quick crash-course-and-wish-you-the-best on how to replace these things? I do have a 2.5" lift if that affects anything. I know it did make compressing and removing the old struts a pain in the stupid.

Pretty simple to replace the UCAs in front, only two bolts perside plus the ball joint nut to remove and replace
Start with the right side, its the easiest. Remove airbox and you can see the bolts
On the drivers side the rear bolt can be a little troublesome to some
Enough extensions and a couple of good swivels and you can get to the nut though
Install both sides, let it down on the wheels and then do the final torque of the nuts then with full weight on them.

You don't have to remove the springs, struts or anything? Is it a one-man job? Bout how long does it take?

No don't have to remove the front springs/shocks or anything else
Right side takes about 20 minutes maybe
Left side can take a bit longer just due to reaching the rear bolt and getting it back in.
If you have someone around it does help aligning everything back up but one person can do it themselves
