I am having some squealing... I guess that is the best way to describe it, when I turn the wheel. I can hear it even with the radio on. Thoughts? |

Squeal or a moan? If it is a squeal it is most likely the belt. The PS pump has the least amount of friction on the belt, so if the belt starts to go, it will squeal on that first. If the PS pump or the steering rack is going bad, it will make a moaning sound. Mopar power steering have always moaned at lockout, but when things go bad it does it whenever you turn. |

REALLY!!! I just replaced the rack and pinion and the power steering pump. ~30k ago. |
