Has anyone had their position sensor go bad or stick. That is what a Jeep Tech. told me was wrong. My part time light stays on when I'm in 2H and goes off when I put it in 4H. The front drive turns but does not pull in 2H, when put into 4H the part time light goes out but the front locks in and pulls as it should. I was told when the 4x4 is not used very often that the sensor can stick, I was told to take it out and clean it and to push the sensor tip in and out to get it to work properly and then reinstal it and it should work fine. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if they knew of any pics of this being done. Thanks in advance. |
