So nobody could convince me why I shouldn't get the Frankenlift, so I did. I got it installed this weekend and got the new tires mounted as well. Oh and I also installed my Drawtite front hitch. I guess it was a busy weekend.

Here is the before.

Here is the after with the new tires. General Grabber AT2 255/70's.

Thanks to AllJProducts and their excellent customer service, and of course all you folks at L.O.S.T. for pointing me in the right direction.

Nice looking ride there! Where did you get your tires at?

I like the wheels! You don't see many in that color.

Thanks SD-KJ. I ordered the tires from my Discount Tire here in Austin. They didn't stock them, but they matched the Tirerack.com price plus mounting and balancing and all of that. About $120 a piece all said and done.

As for the wheels. When I bought the Lib, I was feeling a little apprehensive leaving with the SR-A's that were on the truck. So I told the sales guy that I didn't see much of a point in buying a 4WD vehicle that didn't have at least AT's on it. So, he talked to his supervisor and came out and told me that he would take the wheels off a Renegade if I would sign. So I did. It turned out that those tires weren't really much better.

Hopefully as soon as I can get some real trail time, I can post some better pics.

NICE!!! Sweet looking ride!!
Do those tires rub any? I was considering that size when I get my lift, but didn't know if they would rub anywhere..

Ben

Yes. at full lock they rub the swaybar, but that is it. No contact at all with any of the fender well, at least not yet. :D
