Does this bumper come with extraction points all ready mounted, I plan to purchase one this summer, but I won't be able to afford the winch at the same time. So will I not have any front recovery points if I add this bumper?

You will have 2 places to hook on to if I am looking at the one on my garage floor correctly. Where it angles come down from either side there are places for D-Rings. So you will have a couple of places but then you are driving a Liberty so will never have to worry about that ....will you?
