So my 2006 Liberty has been doing really well with the 1.5 inch Old Man Emu lift kit / JBA Upper Control Arms that I had purchased from none other than jeepinbyal!..
My Kumho KL78 A/T tires (245/70R17, rotated every 4-5K miles) have performed well in every terrain I've driven them in, but are nearing their demise at half tread or so at best left before 20,000 miles.

Getting to my main questions, bare with me here..
I test drove a 2013 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X today that had a 3 inch body lift and it was running Toyo 265/75R16's. While I understand I'll receive some hate for driving a truck it was a pretty sweet ride! To my understanding Jeep Libertys cannot have a body lift due to whatever the specific reason may be.

I would like to up my tire size from the current 245/70R17 to a 265/75R16, fully understanding the rubbing issues.. Pinchweld, fender flares and probably wanting an ARB type of bumper for additional clearance and regearing to 4.10's. How can I/is it possible to "stretch" an inch or more out of my 1.5 inch Old Man Emu lift kit?

Is their a kit or package deal from any one website that has everything I need to regear to all in one place/purchase? Last but not least.. Or at least for now will my Aussie brand locker in my stock rear differential (The chrysler 8.25) have to go if I regear?

Will update the measurements front center of wheel to bottom of fender flare in a few hours.
Thanks in advanced, White The Civilian :D

If you haven't done so add a 1/4 inch top plate from JBA
then raise the shock up out of the clevis 3/8 of an inch
these two things will add 1.25 inches of lift in the front
add two upper rear isolators in the rear for an inch lift
You should be at 22.50 from middle of the wheel to bottom of the flare then.
You can run 265-75-16s at that height although you should have closer to 4 inches
No body lift can be done since we do not have a full frame
Jeepinbyal also has the gears/ installation kits etc
have to be careful if you look at other gear vendors since they don't list the correct front gears

Hey thanks for the quick response Tom, can I go with a little more lift than 1.25 inches or will that then start to affect the CV's? Will update measurements in a day or so if you check back in. I'm already at 21" inches all the way around except back right at 21.75"

Any higher and you'll get Upper Control Arm and spring contact
stick around 22.50-22.75 and you'll not have any real issues. If you want a true 4 inches and no spring contact you'll need to go to the adjustable coil overs

From center of wheel to bottom of fender flare I took the following measurements.

Front left 21" Front right 21"
Back left 21" Back right 21.75"

So at 21 inches adding top plate and clevis and you'll be at 22.25 in front
rear two extra upper isos per side
