Loosen the sway bar links and then retorque with all the weight of the Jeep down on the wheels. See if that fixes it.
The links have been a recurring irritant for me - don't know why they keep loosening and creating noises.

so I just replaced the front upper control arm ball joint lower control arm ball joint as well as the intermediate driveshaft and I'm getting a new unusual clunking on the front end what might it be? it sounds as though it's coming from the passenger side front almost like a stutter noise |

Are you getting it on hard bumps or when the suspension goes full droop? |

Have you gone back and retightened sway bar nuts, strut mounts, ect? |

I still have noise. I re-torqued the lower ball joints, tie rod end links, sway bar end links and sway bushing mounts. I'll try the upper ball joints next weekend. This is annoying.

alright I have a new noise now everytime I see the bump and I go back down to level ground it clunks front passenger side almost like a rattle noise |

is it possible to hear the noise while you are under it with someone pushing up and down on that side? Maybe also smacking things with a big rubber mallet while under it could isolate the rattle sound? |
