Something in the vents? I had an old ranger that wouldn't blow hot. Only sorta lukewarm. Squirrel next up in next to the blower

I flushed heater core replaced hoses and new tstat heat still warm but not hot what else could it be? |

Does the temperature vary? Not so much between the "cold" position and the "hot" position, but between the midway and hot. I'm wondering if the valve is not opening all the way to run through the heater core.  It seems the mechanical lever is not actuating the valve sufficiently as a possibility.

It stays right about halfway between all the time n the vents blow nice and strong it just won't get hot I've heard something about a blend door but I'm not sure what it is |
