I've got a 2006 LIBBY LTD.
The ABS/ESP lights in my dash have been flashing intermttently as of late. On a couple of occasions, I have been at freeway speeds and have hit my brakes only to experience what feels like the Drivers side Front brake staying engaged for a second or two after I have taken my foot off the brake pedal, which pulls me to the left a bit on the road. Not a fun experience.....
I went to the dealership (Lithia Motors in Renton, WA) to explain my problem. Of course, my dash lights were not acting up at the time of my visit.....Nor was the tech able to recreate the problem when he took my Libby for a test drive.... He did, however, find that I had several fault codes stored which were thrown by the Passenger Front-side Wheel Speed Sensor, or "Tone Wheel".... They checked all connections to the Wheel Speed Sensor and cleared the codes but said they couldn't really pinpoint the issue fully until the ABS/ESP warning lights were actually on.... Visit cost me $91......

Some questions I have are:

Do these WSS's or "Tone Wheels" fail often?
Are they easy to repair/replace yourself?
Could the failure be from my Wheel Hub going bad from having SpiderTrax wheel spacers?

thanks guys & gals!
