I know everyone on this site is in love with Jeepin By Al but I was wondering if anyone is running the RRO control arms. They are 100 dollars cheaper and offer the same warranty as JBA. To me it looks like one is a copy of the other honestly. Both have replaceable ball joints and bushings and both offer more clearance with the lift and better alignment. I'm hoping someone will give an honest opinion about these and why I should/should not get them. Tommudd I know you say JBA. Thanks guys |

Actually I say it's your Jeep and your money. I do not have any RRO products. I have others that do Not live up to the hype. Please post your honest good / bad experiences - it helps others. |

Okay. But you have not tried RRO's control arms correct? I was hoping to get an opinion from someone who actually ran them or is running them. |

I was SFA'd before rro copied JBA,I did rock GENII JBA's when I was IFS.Then again you couldn't pay me to run any of there products. Go buy them,I don't care, just don't let them sell you the GM knock out tool that they claim is needed to get a KJ back into alignment specs when lifting. http://www.rocky-road.com/kjalign.html That tool is for GM full size pickups/SUV's from the late '80's and early '90's before they came standard with UCA cam washers. No other vehicle made has knockouts like those this tool is designed for. |

I say go for it. Sounds like your mind is already set on them anyway, despite the warnings, whether they come from first hand experience or from certified master mechanics that know their stuff. You work hard for your money so you can blow it on whatever you want. Keep us updated. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Thanks for the link. All I wanted was first hand experience. The link helped out and gave me some more information. |

I get a lot of feed back on the various forums regarding lifts/ and associated parts. I know of 5 sets of RRO arms ( besides the one mentioned above) that were ordered due to folks trying to save a nickle or "trying to show some of us they would work" and then had issues. These folks didn't want the ridicule of "we told you so" , but they did confess to me that they had returned them and bought JBAs and were very satisfied now. But some will continue to say buy them, some will even make comments and they have never bought either , but I guess its your choice in the end. |

Having never bought any suspension parts for any jeep from any company but rough country (xj/MJ) arms, long arms, track bars, and OME springs, then having bought a lifted KJ with OME springs and JBA a arms, I will stick with what I know. And I know that JBA and OME make the absolute best. |

I run them and I have had no issues and they have gotten better customer service cuz I ordered them and then messed up the order with when to send them out and took 100 bucks off and free shipping and I have had no problems and have ran them for about 700 miles no problems |
