So i have a line on some goodyear wrangler mtr's 235/75-15 on tj stock wheels. I know the moab wheels will fit my 06 kj 4x4 but my question is if the stock tj wheels will fit with 1.5" spacers (which ive also found a deal on some spidertrax...) everything ive read puts 15" backspacing at 4" or less, and the tj wheels should be either 5.5 or 5.25 depending on which ones they are. With the spacers that would be 4 or 3.75. On a tire calculator the sizes are virtually the same, but id like mtr's way more than the oem 225s that i have as well as ive heard much better things as to their winter and offroad traction. Please sound off with your opinions as to look as well as if you think itll work.

Stock height I assume.
With that height depending on how much it has sagged already it would rub ( more than likely)
Heres why, sitting the wheel tire combo out that much will cause it to rub more on the inner fenders in front and rear of the front tires
I've seen stock wheels with stock tires rubbing before so moving them out will only make things worse
What you could do is measure from middle of the wheel to bottom of the flare to see how much sag, that may help
Some have ran with spacers but its not a good setup

We do have a tire / wheel section where there has been similar discussions

Ok. No rubbing right now, ill measure when i get off work. What should it be at before any sagging? Looking at getting a 2.5" lift soon (christmas bonus and profit incentives should be coming soon!)
