Its all custom designed by myself and works perfectly with the KJ. The lower arms "could" be used from Clayton, but the brackets are custom and these particular arms are custom length. And sorry, due to fourm rules I am not allowed to even think about selling you or anyone a pair.

Would using the truss increase flex for the rear with the long arm set-up?

The truss won't be doing anything to help allow more flex other than it accepting the Johnny Joint in the boomerang. The Johnny Joints have atleast 30* of misalingment. Good luck flexing the rear that much to exceed that. This boomerang is probably one of the best investments for a lifted KJ owner. To do the truss you will need to be atleast 4" of due to this design of truss going over the housing and connecting from axle tube to axle tube.

Pretty much what NAmoulton1 said.

Im at 5.5" lift and with the truss the arm bushings sits level. Even if the truss did add extra flex, the shocks are still acting like limiting straps. My other KJ is at 4" and I tested the truss on that one and it would of been in a bind. So for 4" you really need that bracket previously talked about.

Hey guys! Anyone have issues with these bushings? Mine are shot within 3 months of use. I have a feeling it could be my setup...but I need them replaced regardless. Is there a Moog equivalent that will work?

The body-side bushings in the A-arm? Moogs are chinese. Dormans are Tiawanese. They seem to last longest with arm level at ride height.

Yes. I'm talking the ones in the IRO arm. I assume they are standard WJ/KJ bushings.

Can someone tell me if the IRO bushings are equivalent to Mopar 52088425?

Thanks!!

Edit: looks like they offer flex joints on their site now! :D

Hi, WhitbyKJ.

You had a great idea, could you share with me? Could you send me your .dxf file? I have a '04 Liberty Renegade, and I want to modify it.

Congratulations.

Those fellas no longer visit or input on the forums. You might be able to contact iron forge customs on Facebook. Good luck.
