It's gets a little old having to turn on the cruise control every time I turn my Jeep on and off... Is there a way to keep it on? |

Do you actually USE your cruse control every time you turn it on and off? I'd think that getting ready to get on an "on" ramp would be cue enough it's time to push that little button. Bob |

My last car had a toggle. It was on all the time and I loved to just push one button when I hit speed on the freeway. Anyone have a owners manual they don't want? ![]() |

I dont know about the gas Liberty but I do know that the CRD's cruise control is controlled by computer since there is not physical connection from the gas pedal to the engine. If its the same with the gas then i dont think there is a way unless you make a circuit to trigger the BCM to turn it on when the car starts. I know there was a mod for the 2004-2006 GTO that some guy had put together to turn off the traction control when the car was turned on, so you would have to do something similar. |
