Good day all,
Im about to embark on working on my 2006 KJ.. i will be replacing all the rubber bushings front and rear, as well as replacing the shocks, struts and springs ( ironman lift).. I've found all the parts i need online, except for the bushings that hold the front axle ( not the control arms, the actual front diff) there is four bushings all together.. and all i can find is purchasing the entire bracket at $500ea. Anyone know a source to buy these front axle bushings?

I was once told a bushing from a TJ works. But that was many years ago.

Iwill have to chime in at a later date.. the suspension bushing replacement has become such a doo doo show that the diff bushings will have to wait awhile

I used some poly performance bushings in the stock brackets. All the major poly bushing companies have a catalog where you buy universal bushings by size. I bought all of them a little larger than the mounting sleeve/cup and machined the bracket to fit the bushing. Could probably use a grinder or file, but I was lucky enough to have access to a machine shop. If you go the poly route like I did you can expect to feel more vibes, especially when in 4wd. Imo the stiffer poly has enough benefits that it's worth the extra nvh

Universal poly bushings without outer race, find one a little bigger diameter and do what it takes to make it happen. I just moved or else I'd dig up the part numbers of the ones I used for you but all my junk is in boxes.

Problem is this bushings are half-free (sorry for my english, i mean they r not full rubber - i will show you on picture)

One im holding is original, and im planing tu put the solid one, as you can see on the picture.
Im worried about vibrations and kicks, if i put solid ones...
