I have been reading that the NAPA cv axle rebuilt by CARDONE is the best alternate to new import crap. Sadly, I have found that there is none available through NAPA. After contacting CARDONE I'm hearing the same thing from them. No cores means nothing is available. Which import "new" axle is best? Thanks, Tom |

I gotta a rebuilt through 0reillys. It's got probably 20k on it so far, still good. I could have lucked out though and got a rebuilt original. |

I just picked up one from Oreily. A few local guys have ran them too with good luck |

I couldn't find rebuilt NAPAs, so I decided to try Surtrack. I got the AM8004 and AM8003 from Rockauto for $50 each. They went in fine and seemed well put together from the basic look over and comparison to OEM. I've had them on for only 20K, but no issues. |

I recently put empi on the CRD. They seemed a little shorter but the boots were a little different so that may have been part of it. Saw someone used them on another forum which is why I went with them. 2000 miles so far no issues. |
