I am always reading about different tune for the CRD is there one available for the 3.7 or is it not a viable option

Yes, there are several companies who supply tunes or tuners for the 3.7 gassers...
Jet and Hypertech both make performance plug in chips and power programmers for the 3.7. I personally have the Jet tune on my Dodge 360 gasser....
Do a search on Google for "performance tune for jeep liberty 3.7"
CarID has a good selection of chips and tuners for this vehicle. :wink:

For what you pay they don't do much at all and then they learn around anyways

^^^ Seems to be the case with the chips, but people have gotten better, long lasting results with the Hypertech programmer. I don't have one but several of the people on KK side swear by them.

I've heard that B&G is the best the for the liberty.

Non adjustable tune is at approx $400 and an adjustable tuner starts at $500.
