since I been lifted with the OME lift over 3 years ago I have not addressed the issue with the stock jack not able to lift high enough... I had one instance with a flat cuz I picked up a screw in a tire. was able to get the jeep up and flat off but not able to lift enough to put the full spare on. had to call AAA for some help. What has everyone else done if anything to replace the stock jack? I have a floor jack at home but do not want to tote that around with me. of course I could just pitch it and just use AAA. |

I cut 4 4x4 pieces of wood about 12" long, then bolted them together 2 at a time. Now, I have 2 blocks of wood, 12" long, by 8" wide, and 4" deep. I place one on top of the other, and use the jack that came with the jeep. It's stable, and works well. |

I have a small trolley jack and jack from either under the rear axle, or under the front arms. |

I have a piece of wood (was cut off a construction beam), approx. 12x12x20cm, fits perfectly on the shaft tunnel under the rear seats. Works with the standard jack (the wood lying on its long side) to change a tyre on a flat surface. |

Even without a lift, that's a good idea. $30 harbor freight jack is better than a screw any day. I keep it in a tub in back with a breaker bar, cheap electric impact and lug nut set; among other commonly useful tools. |

More expensive than some scrap wood, but it may look the best. http://www.quadratec.com/products/92200_700_07.htm I would assume that libertys would have a jack very similar to wranglers. |

4.5 inches of lift on 32s with the 04 and stock jack still lifts each tire off the ground just place under the shock mount in the rear and lower control arm in front |

I bought mine used, and after about a month, realized it didn't even have the jack in there still. |
