NEED HELP!!! I've got a weird issue with my 2003 renegade! A few months ago the overhead information center quit lighting up as well as the factory light bar... Checked fuses/relays and even the light bar switch and nothing... Today we got some snow so I turned on my rear window defrost and the information center lit up and I was able to turn the light bar back on but since the rear defrost is on a timer when it goes off so do the other 2... Any thoughts or has anyone had this issue?

Could it be loss of a ground wire somewhere? Possibly getting ground through the defrost when it's on and losing it when the timer goes off?

He swears he can stop any time.

ive seen some really weird behavior caused by faulty evic switches, horns , doorlocks, etc failing to work
try physically unplugging the evic and see if anything starts working that wasnt working before
